We started working with Frankie due to our 5-month-old baby requiring rocking or feeding to fall asleep and then waking up after 20 minutes, which was draining us and becoming increasingly challenging. Frankie listened to our problems, as well as taking into account our parenting style, and gave us a structured plan to work with. We found this particularly useful as it gave us a clear framework to follow so that we weren't dependent on the conflicting advice found in various books and websites.  As with any sleep training it was challenging at times, but with her continued support and guidance it meant we persevered and the consistent approach definitely paid off. Frankie has transformed Emmie’s sleep, something I really didn’t think was possible with such gentle methods! I had become reliant on feeding and rocking to sleep. With such ingrained habits I was super nervous about how to break them without ‘crying it out’ but Frankie came up with a gentle yet effective program for us. I changed my mind a few days in about night weaning and also couldn’t fully follow the program for nap times - but Frankie simply adapted her advice and still helped us crack the bedtime within just a few days. Emmie now kisses me goodnight with a ‘love you’ then happily settles herself to sleep in her cot. During my consultation with Frankie she really took the time to understand what I was and wasn’t comfortable with and was totally empathetic to my worries. I realised while going through the ‘training’ how important this was as it gave me the confidence the program we were following was completely right for Emmie and tailored to her (and my!) needs. As the only parent to my one year old son Tommy everything falls on me, therefore routine is so important. So when Tommy decided to completely change his routine and start fighting naps, bedtime and sleeping through the night all at once I was in trouble. Very quickly I started to drown not only through tiredness but because I couldn’t work out how to fix it. No matter what I tried I just wasn’t able to take a step back to see where I was going wrong. On top of that I started to panic because I was at the point where I needed to think about going back to work and it just didn’t seem possible with Tommy not sleeping. I contacted Frankie as I had reached breaking point with our 10 month old son. We had co-slept from birth and I had been ok with this until we hit the 8 month regression and Brodie started to use me as a dummy at night. He had never slept for longer than 2/3 hours at the most at night but he had started to wake every 40 minutes and would only settle if attached to me! To say I was exhausted was an understatement. I have never been a fan of CIO methods so Frankie was able to help me and my husband come up with a very gentle way to help Brodie start to self soothe and go longer stretches through the night. It entailed very little crying from Brodie and we were able to fully support him through the transition. We are currently 4 weeks in and he is sleeping 9 hour stretches, in his own room and is now night weaned! I would never have imagined getting to this point in such a short space of time without Frankies guidance. She was very reassuring and informative and has helped us all understand the sleep/wake balance much better. We cannot thank Frankie enough for her help and support. After nearly 9 months of no sleep with our second daughter, we contacted Frankie. We thought we knew a lot about baby sleep after our first child, but we were so exhausted that we couldn’t think straight and needed help! My Initial call with Frankie was so different to any other sleep expert I’ve ever spoken to. She really wanted to get to know us and our daughter and touched on things that I hadn’t even thought about, such as her personality and therefore sleep needs. Her plan was very personalised for us and it was fantastic that she took the time to talk both myself and my husband through it via zoom. It was very clear what we had to do and included weaning off breastfeeding at night within the first few days. The first few nights were definitely hard but Frankie had a check in call with us and it gave us reassurance and motivation to keep going. After the initial hard part, we saw a huge improvement and it was fantastic to wean her off the night feeds. Something which I had been wanting to do for a long time. We then saw a huge difference in the way that our baby acted and ate during the day and her sleep patterns are so much better. It’s still amazing to pop her down in the cot with a little bit of reassurance and a nice winding down routine, and then for her to fall asleep by herself. Frankie, you have saved us!

I was struggling to get my 6 month old daughter Arya to stop her night feeds and to settle for her naps. Every time she had to sleep it was a battle to get her down and we were exhausted. I kept trying methods I had read or heard about but every time it didn't work, I felt horrible about my parenting and ended up in tired, frustrated tears. We hired Frankie to help with our 7 month old son who was waking every 2 hours through the night wanting to be fed back to sleep and was refusing to nap for longer than 30 minutes during the day. Every nap and bedtime was a battle, with us regularly spending half an hour or more rocking and singing him to sleep. Her gentle methods have worked wonders and after two weeks he now regularly sleeps through the night and naps for two hours at a time! Putting him down is no longer a battle and he drifts off with no help from us at all. After Contacting Frankie we have had a complete turn around in Brodies sleeping cycles. He has gone from rock bottom waking every 1-2hrs clinging to his mum, to sleeping 10 hrs a night and even self soothing himself back to sleep (all within the space of a month). It was indeed a battle but we found Frankie’s approach to be very effective. More sleeps in the daytime , earlier bedtime and the main one – stopping the night feeds. As a result we inched slowly from his bedside, to being out in the landing, to eventually not having to go in at all. It wasn’t all plain sailing however Frankie was always on hand through zoom and whatsapp to steady the ship when we were close to despair.
